Hello Families,

San Bernardino City USD Administration has confirmed new COVID-19 protocols for community use of school facilities.

Please note that at the start of each of our events, all families will be required to check in by scanning a QR Code (provided on site) with the camera app on their phone. You'll be asked to provide name, email address, and phone number, in addition to responding to SBCUSD's health screening questionnaire. NOTE: If you do not bring a phone, that's OK; we will scan the code on your behalf.  The QR check in process is one per family. 

Masks need to be worn by all spectators at all times. Masks must completely cover the nose and mouth, and not have exhalation valves or vents (holes), which allow virus particles to escape. All guests age 2 and older are required to wear a face covering.

Athletes will be required to wear a mask while checking in & while exiting; they do not have to wear a mask while participating during practices and games.

This process is intended to ensure the safety of our community, and to provide the San Bernardino City Unified School District with our participation roster. It will be Rosena Ranch AYSO's responsibility to follow these new protocols, and we appreciate your cooperation!
